FAQs

Platefuly's pies can last 1 day at room temperature, 3 days if refrigerated, and 5 days if frozen. 

For in-store purchases, we accept cash and GCash payments.

For deliveries, we only accept payment through GCash and Metrobank bank transfers.

We deliver to the Metro Manila area on Fridays unless otherwise announced on our social media pages or website.

Within the Tagaytay and Silang area, we can deliver via Lalamove. We ask that we be given one day's notice so our production team can have enough time to prepare the order.
